The breakfast was high quality and absolutely fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. Incredible location, a train station was walk from our hotel.

my must haves' are a huge, new-fashioned room with an excellent shower, tub, a great view. the service is outstanding with free parking available and great meals. i really enjoyed the staff, they are welcoming.

The small double room was bright with a mini fridge bar, a work desk, and an electronic key card. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The location was amazing and favourable, near Assisi, restaurants, and shops and restaurants. Santa Maria degli Angeli district was worth exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of our room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We appreciated the spaciousness and peaceful atmosphere, with a beautiful inner garden. The free parking was a bonus, as it was plentiful and convenient. The hotel's location close to the bus stop made it easy for us to explore the city and surrounding areas. The staff, particularly the restaurant and breakfast staff, were friendly, hardworking, and attentive. The breakfast room had a stunning view, and the breakfast itself was of high quality. We highly recommend this hotel.

Air vent in bathroom clogged with dust and dirt, Reading bed light not working, Several power plugs not working in room, Very low water pressure in shower.

The hotel is renovated in a modern look. Our rooms was large (we had 2 adults, kid and a baby in a 3 person room). Rooms are very well lit. Breakfast was good.
Some little maintenance issues (Reading lamp not working, sealing in the bath could be better)
